Breakfast was pretty standard. Location was okay, a bit far from Highway 3. Nice park nearby. Grocery store nearby. Very helpful staff in giving directions, and car plug-in info in the cold weather.

Breakfast wasn't what I would consider complete. Eggs, sausage and bacon. Should have been replace the bacon with hash browns?

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean & comfortable and the free breakfast was actually very good. They had eggs and bacon, sausage, fruit, hashbrowns, and a make your own waffle station (actually two stations) and the batter was good quality, made great waffles. And, I'm really fussy about the quality of the coffee I drink. This was good coffee. Full flavored, rich & bold but not bitter. Had no issues here, enjoyed our stay.

The man at the desk (I;m sorry I didn’t get his name) was so accommodating to giving us a room in a quiet location and even offered an upgrade for an extra fee that we did take. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. The man also came up and got our TV working. It was a great sleep and we will continue to stay here when we are travelling through.

The rooms are nice beds are very comfortably,the bathrooms are very nice they just redid them. The breakfast is good nice to get scrambled eggs and sausages staff are very friendly great hotel for the price . Will use this hotel every time I go to Lethbridge.

Danique (spelling?) was awesome!! So great to have a bright, smiling face upon arrival after a dark and rainy drive. We learned that putting your room card in the same pocket as your cell phone voids your room entry!! But, Danique was so pleasant about replacement. 😉

The staff at the front desk have been exceptionally helpful and kind. While this is not a 5-star hotel, it is well maintained and comfortable; and, it has everything I need.

FRONT DESK; Kamal. He was so professional and helpful! He is such a great asset! He helped us a lot and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. My husband lost something and Kamal followed up with everything.(we found it). He is probably the best contact person we have ever dealt with!!! CHECK IN: Deneke (sp?) She was so inviting and friendly!!! A great way to enter the hotel. BREAKFAST: Dana. The breakfast was great. Dana who is the breakfast lady was exceptional! She was efficient, friendly and inviting!!!
